I have visited SPA. And from first impression until the end it was absolutely stunning! Atmosphere, well professional and friendly staff. I liked all the area of SPA and didn’t want to leave. It will my best Spot in Riyadh. Huge thank you for all staff , ms. Asala made my experience even better with her warm hospitality. I know there were more names to mention, but can’t remember the names. Thank for all SPA team for great experience and best service

I have been staying in JW Marriott Riyadh with my Husband for at least 2 months now and I can easily say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in not only in GCC but worldwide.
The hotel is really great, the service is even better and the staff is outstanding and super nice.
They even look into the smallest details and always aim for customer excellence and satisfaction.
Like as an example today I was in the Lounge and they saw me sitting on the chair for. Along time, they got me some cushions to support my back.
Last time I was also working on a new online course, the team actually sent me a small gift to wish me good luck in my duties and many much more examples.
I would like to highlight that all the team in this hotel is great, but the team in the executive lounge is just outstanding.

The room is amazing, spacious and very comfortable,
Our experience with some of the staff, they are friendly and so accommodating. Our experience in the restaurant with mr.John, he is very helpful to us, thanks for your good service. And the attendant in the female gym, they always smile beautifully and makes the gym always clean and they are helpful.
The gym area is a bit small but satisfying cuz they have complete equipment, clean and tidy.
The receptionist in the female gym, she is nice too, has a beautiful smile and hospitable.
Thanks to all of you guys?
Were very happy and satisfied, keep it up guys⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best hotel in Riyadh. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and it wins out - perfect service, modern decor (unlike Ritz) and you can collect points (unlike Four Seasons).
Special mention goes to breakfast crew - the food is amazing, and the waiters’ smiles always make my mood for the day.
The only thing I’d consider changing is that the booking policy is quite transactional - I had a gap in my bookings of a day or two (during which my company’s rate was not available due to high demand), and they didn’t offer the better rate and so I had to move for a day to a different hotel (this is despite the fact I’ve stayed over 50 nights with JW this year and am Ambassador Elite).
Nevertheless, thank you for making my time in Riyadh so comfortable!

The hotel rated 5-star, is a little distant from the Financial District and the major shopping. We had a suite, two rooms, but closet in bedroom can’t open as bed and night stands fill the room. There is a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery, or cooking gear. The service staff are excellent, and the views from the rooms are great. There are options for dining which includes a steak house and a huge outdoor dinning room, Pork & Pipe with a giant video screen, open evenings.
