APOLLO DIMORA BUSINESS HOTEL

Today we had visited Apollo dimora for a family dinner and we had a wonderful experience.The food and the service was very good. One of the staff Miss Pooja Biji provided us with a very good service.She was frequently checking on our food order requirements and was very polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time .

Food was really wonderful. Pooja Biji was the staff who attended us for our get together. Highly appreciate the individual care she has given to us. Wish her all the best for a wonderful career also.

The attentiveness of the staff member [ Ms. Pooja ] who received us was remarkable; they were not only courteous but also continued a trend of exceptional service exuding a sense of joy in their work. They were proactive in ensuring our comfort, checking in with us regularly without being intrusive. I have went many times to this hotel. Best service and good food and other activities also like gym and swimming pool.

Went to the hotel to attend a dinner meeting. Excellent property and prime location. Worth mentioning is the behaviour of the hotel staff. Polite, gentle and always smiling. Something very rare for a star category hotel in the city. The service of restaurant staff were so good that I noted down their names. I still remember one name, Avani a girl who kept asking us if we needed anything else. Altogether a place worth recommending.
