The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is courteous. I expressed some concerns regarding comfort-related details, which were kindly addressed by the general manager—an aspect I greatly appreciated. However, I recommend offering a more varied breakfast, possibly buffet-style, for international guests. Thankyou

The rooms are tidy, and the hotel enjoys a prime location. However, the overall value is compromised as the internet service is notably subpar, the bed is uncomfortably poor in quality, and the price does not align well with the provided services.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, otherwise it just waste of money, I stayed there for a week and since day one I noticed that I have bite marks all over my body and my skin started to become itchy, not only me but my friends also. The last day I saw a bug around the bed and when I contacted the hotel they gaslighted me to think it came form outside the room through the window. I love Aber hotel and I am a regular costumer , especially Abha’s branch but this is my last time.

This hotel is super loud. There are 2 construction projects going on and they start early morning. But that's not all. Also any talk in the hallway can be heard as if it was in your room. Room cleaning did not bring towels. No shampoo. And to top it off: the WiFi is a disaster. Something so cheap to offer proper. The staff at reception is super nice though. They are 5*

Loved this hotel and is super clean, the service is so kind and it smells really nice. Only thing is that there is some noise like hammering or construction coming from outside which was annoying, and the wifi barely works. Other than that, this place is great and definitely recommend. I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and I want to say that it definitely lacks basic hotel needs such as wifi. I have had to call the reception every single day to beg for towels so I can shower and leave to where I need to go because somehow the cleaners forget to put towels in the bathroom. They take up to 3 hours to actually give the towels, which really negatively affected my stay here.
