Very good and super clean, friendly people The place has multiple views depending on the room you book, I dare say all the views are great. The buffet was very very tasty with a variety of choices. If you have an elderly with you you might find it just a tiny bit far, but normally it’s very walkable to the Haram Totally recommended

Room is well equipped with everything and service from staff is 10/10. Breakfast has a wide variety but most food need either bit more cooking or more flavour. The staff are very nice and they need more appreciation because it looks like you look down on my own kind (Bengali), dont treat them like dogs!

Great room and services. Located a bit far from the main Haram Mosque. Needed to walk quite a distance across the busy road. It has great views on some rooms. Close to some shopping malls. Food menu is limited options and needed to be improved

The location is great. It is a walking (approximately 10 minutes) distance from Masjidi Haram. The rooms are comfy and clean. The food is delicious (international cuisine). There is an option for everyone; meat lovers (white, red, fish) and vegetarians. A healthy balanced diet is provided. The staff is respectful, nice and considerate.

Overall, I didn't go to Mecca for the hotel rooms. Hence, there are no pictures. But now I'm finished. I do believe their standards need improving in rooms. Negatives: In our trip we had 3 rooms. they only cleaned my room 2 times, other rooms 3 times. We stayed 6 days. Floors were never hoovered, and beds were just covered, not cleaned or shacked. I had crumbs all over mine. Food OK. Coffee bad, like watery bad. Everything felt oily or no flavour, but that's personal preference. So will leave as that. Pros: staff friendly and helpful. Good location to cuba and mosque. About 5mins from building to there. Had UK plug sockets everywhere which made life very easy.
