Bad service. I asked for some food to be warmed up and they said not allowed. I asked for panadol and they said go to pharmacy. Other Marriotts I've stayed at readily provide such basic services. Room size was fine but the shower hot water setting didn't work properly. They don't have multi plug outlets in the room

One of the worst customer service experience received at this hotel. While booking I was told I would be given breakfast upgrade by the Marriott reservation due to my rewards tier with them. I spoke to the guest relations at the hotel as well not once but 4 times calling them from the US to Saudi Arabia and confirmed. Once I got to the hotel, they totally declined and pretended they never spoke to me. Mr. Mufti who was the person I spoke to said I don't remember even when I showed him the call log. Furthermore, the bathroom smelled like it had a dead animal. Had to ask house keeping several times to check on it. This hotel is no where near to a 5 Star as it claims, a 2 star probably would be a better rating. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, overall a very poor customer service experience.

Location is acceptable but better to have something beside haram. Service is very bad, last time I had issue with bathroom and this time when I requested for a pillow then never came (their pillows are very low and soft, I couldn’t sleep!), I even asked them to add my night to my membership but they took a photo for it and it was never added, they are not organized in high seasons as not reflecting the name of Marriott!

New building, decent size rooms. Location not very convenient. Room AC thermostat not properly functioning. Checkin was delayed by two hours for one room and 6 hours for the second. On the brighter side, manager allowed us to check out at 4pm.

Very kind front desk staff , very helfull and polite . Breakfast has many varieties and good quality with great service . Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Distance from haram was acceptable to walk and has good support for part of it with golf cart. And busses . Overall, it was a very good experience , very helpful,kind staff.. definitely will come back again .
