Good hotel, very close to Al-haram, takes about 5 minutes to walk there. Good breakfast and dinner. The rooms are mostly adapted for two people, so if you are four people per room, it can be perceived as a small room. the service is top notch.

Underground passage to the praying site was a pretty nice surprise which made our overall experience better. Hotel staff were nice and welcoming. Maroof Ali was one of them who personally interested in guests to serve excellent hospitality.

Barely qualifies as a 3 star hotel. Reception service is poor. My key kept locking me out so had to go to reception everyday and sometimes they won't do anything. Once I got locked out and had to wait for 1 hour and 10 min just for someone to come have a look. Breakfast quality is below average, not even 3 stars. Not recommended, a lot better places around clock tower than this.

My room 1603, i would like to mention the perfect service offered by cleaning room team, (Mohamed imam, Mohamed Hridoy) they always kept our room spotless clean, and always had such a professional and quick service, always with a smile. One of the best cleaning teams I encountered they definitely encourage me to come back to the hotel. Many thanks to housekeeping team.

This was overall a less than adequate service we were expecting from a 5 star hotel. Our first impression was not good as we had arrived at the hotel quite tired ony to find that our cards for entering the room were not working. Rather than sending a member of staff to the room to help us, the reception team got us to travel to and from the room 4 times till the issue was sorted. This then happened the next day as well. Definitely not a 5 star service. We felt overall the staff was not up to scratch and we will think twice before booking this hotel again.
