Al Shourfah Hotel Madinah

Rooms were good, but only the power was gone during the last hours before checkout. Location was a bit far from the mosque, but it is located close to direction of Roza.e. Rasool

I’m writing this review so that it can be used as constructive critics. No harm intended. Overall Exp : Very Very Poor Food : Bad. both breakfast n dinner, hotdg is 1 of the main dish. Room : Not clean. No cleanup service. Small room but they fit 4 beds anyway. Towel : Not provided. Never in my life a hotel cannot provide towel. Toilet : Not clean. The washroom floor quite dirty with some disgusting stains. The mirror, the sinks, list goes on. And it stinks.

It’s a nice building close to Haram Sharif Masjid e Nabwi, Entrance area is great looking but the services of hotels are not so great. They can do much better job. Especially for the guests of Huzur ﷺ visiting there. They’re charging enough but the staff over there is not so helpful. Even on the front desk downstairs and by canteen area they were just not in a mood of helping their customers. Rooms inside hotel needs maintenance and bathrooms were also needed renovations. We have been to lower grade hotels in Madinah Sharif are better than this. Management should look into this hotel’s rooms and bathrooms. When they charge enough money they should provide the services too. Top Authorities and management level should pay attention to keep their Guests Happy.
