A very elegant hotel, excellent services and respectful and excellent staff. At the reception there are dates, Arabic coffee and wonderful juice. They only have a problem with a sofa that turns into an uncomfortable bed. Other than that it deserves 10 stars.

We had an excellent experience during our stay. All was perfect for us. Near to Haram only for elders better to use their shuttle service as walk is a bit tiring on the way back since hotel is a bit on height. Shuttle service follows schedule and isn't that much crowded as well

Good stay at the hotel. The rooms were very well cleaned. Thanks a lot to Shamshad who was very helpful and cleaned our rooms very well. ? Close to haram but couldn’t find the shuttle bus - need more info on that from the hotel.

Amazing hotel! The service was great and the staff took care of us very well. Housekeeper Kusar was really kind and helpful, I honestly have not had better service from a house keepers

I absolutely loved the hotel. It is just a 6 minutes walk from the holy haram, accessable to the nearby malls. Extremly friendly staff. Amazing ambience. Great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge range of food.... suitable to all palates. Great value for money. Also it has a shuttle that takes you to the haram for prayers..... 150% recommended... Great job staff... Special mention to hussain the bell boy, bilal the waiter and the house keeper... Sweet people.
