The habitat is jungle like.There was a lizard on the bed, crock roach crawling under the bed and many disgusting icky icky bugs flying around the room. The kitchen had limited food options ,the plates dirty and very unhygienic . Staff never wore gloves. Pillows were wet , crumbs on the tables . Seating for lounge areas were half scratched and dirty. No one ever picked up the phone they provided for room service . We really don’t recommend this hotel.

One of the best stays around the Haram. The halls have very beautiful scent. Breakfast is great. The room layout is very good. Proximity to Haram is a huge plus (walking distance). My only wish that they offer special rate for long stays.

The hotel is nearby Haram (5 min walking) but the rooms, beds, bathrooms, appliances, toiletries, hardwares, furniture and fixtures etc. are neither good nor does it satisfy the amount paid. The beds were very uncomfortable and the lights were kind of dim. The charging sockets were very few in number and I had to use the extension plug for the extra sockets. The rooms are very congested as the floor runs short. However the room service guys are good and genuine to help moreover the stay was also good because the city itself is a place of peace.

Very friendly staff. I came early to the hotel and the receptionist checked us in 4 hours earlier. The room was clean and neat. The hotel is close to haram only 5 minutes away.The food was good and fresh Highly recommended

good hotel, with good service. the food is also very delicious. hotel workers are quite friendly. complete room facilities. there is an iron and hair dryer in it, no need to bother bringing it from home. there is a live call to prayer from the mosque al haram every prayer time. the only thing lacking, the blower in our bathroom was broken. the distance from the mosque is approximately only 150 meters. close to WC number 3 the masjid al haram. the food at the 8th floor restaurant has many variants and is quite complete. you just simply focus on your Ibadah
