Room was too Small. No one came for changing bed sheets. No facility for drinking water in hotel. All staffs are from Bangladesh. Best part is, very very close to Kaaba. Rent is high, but as said, very close to kaaba and a bus stopage. using this bus you can go for Masjid Ayisha. The photos are from my room's window. This is the Royal Guest House.

- Rooms are compact and small - This property is pretty old so do not expect any modern amenities or services - Staffs are courteous and cooperative - 5 mins walking from Haram - Shopping malls and stores are nearby

Hotel location is only good thing remain ..all service was pathetic. Room were small.. and specially lifts was not working most of the time . I see they shutdown lift and switch on even during people are inside the lift to make way for some customers waiting in the reception . Which is very dangerous...

Only the location otherwise room maintenance and other room service is bad.. even most of the time card doesn't work u have to keep trying to make electric on . No room cleaning

Definitely won’t reccommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Mecca for either Hajj or Umrah. The staff is very arrogant. They dont even clean rooms until asked to do so that too even after showing loads of attitude as if you are staying there for free. Their service is third class. None of the amenities work :the ac, the fridge, nothing. The window of the rooms look like they havent been cleaned since the hotel started. The food they provide is tastes pathethic , a person would rather starve. Please dont waste your money there are far better options in Mecca. Definitely not worth your money.
