We liked the breakfast and service at the hotel restaurant. Room was somewhat humid, AC was most likely defective, and AC machinery on the roof outside made it a noisy experience. Support from the management post the stay was appreciated.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for 11 days. Being a veteran of the service industry with an experience of over 45 years, staying at various levels of establishments from Asia to Middle East & Europe, to North America, and having worked as a Consultant, I am used to checking on minute details and factors that add value to a customer's experience. In this instance, I can only raise my hat in appreciation and admiration. Although the hotel looks quite non descriptive from the outside, it impresses one with it's simple yet elegant interior, well appointed facilities, quality, and above all, amazing staff from doorman to the GM !!

The food service with Bilal and Shanoon is the best attention you can get. They are very attentive and help you with everything you need. I asked for several things out of the buffet as I have food intolerances and they served me without problems adapting to my needs. The service was excellent, I would repeat 100% in this hotel.

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms, one of the best swemming pools in Jeddah and a lovely gym with pool view. Breakfast is amazing with many options. Location is perfect
