Amazing hotel - very lovely 2 connecting rooms we had for our big family. It was nice and very clean, the room service is very good, the staff were very nice. We had very good relationship and communication with the staff. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool after a couple of umrahs. The lobby has a nice, big shopping area. We bought many prayer mats which were personalised with our names, we also bought different rings - there were many options regarding the stones, there were also personalised bracelets etc. 24 hour shuttle service - after Isha the first shuttle service will be at 10pm.

It was our second time to visit. The vicinity is safe even if my 7 year-old cousins and I walked around at 1 in the morning. They have shuttle bus that takes you to Masjid Al-Haram round the clock. The rooms and bathroom are clean, odorless, well-maintained and pleasant throughout. They have cafe and restaurant insides which are open for office hours. The location is accessible and they have very accommodating staff.

It was okayy. Had the nap of a lifetime. The downsides were the TV and the digital weight machine weren't working, had no idea why they were there in the first place. No one answered when I dialed "instant service" which was kinda ironic lol. The swimming pool opens after dhuhr:( Please add more temporary toiletries without having to ask for them. Great transportation service from the hotel to Haram:)

Rooms are very good, quite spacious, clean and well lit. Breakfast was ok too. The only issues are the wifi and the housekeeping. Hotel Wifi doesn't work and the management doesn't answer the calls from the room. Prices are a bit on the upper side considering its located in Aziziyah. Al Baik is right in front of the hotel, you could literally just cross the road and be there, Noori supermarket, Raydan, Mobily office, Dominos and Subway are also located in walking distance.

we stayed for 4 nights for Umrah . To be honest service is pathetic , rooms are good but room service is the worst , we have to literally beg for it . Most importantly , breakfast is the same dishes all 4 days which was never expected from a 5 star property . Also they have complimentary bus services to/from Haram Masjid which is appreciated but for such a big Hotel with more than 800 rooms , 2 buses was never enough , hence we ended up paying for cabs almost SAR 100 daily for 2 trips up and down ( my family was 6 members )so we had to book 2 cabs always . Please request management to allot more buses which will be a blessing and convenience for devotees . Even if you charge a nominal charge its fine to eradicate guests suffering to wait for transportation .
