Had a wonderful experience with the staff specially in the restaurant Mr. Saddam and Mr. Farooq were really accomodating. What I loved most was about the shuttle service that you guys give. Looking forward to visiting again along with my family as well!

I was working during the construction of DoubleTree hotel until the handing over in 2020 but today it was the first time to visit the hotel as a guest after operation. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and the great welcoming attitude from all hotel staff especially Ms. Mardia in reception and Islam in concierge. Bus transportation to and from Haram was always available 24 hours. The breakfast was amazing and diversified. The welcoming cookies was so delicious. Rooms were so clean and new. Mattresses were so soft. I enjoyed my stay in Doubletree hotel. Thanks for your great and extraordinary service.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. Excellent rooms and frequent shuttle to the Grand Mosque. Very nice reception staff Excellent service throughput especially from Mr Sadam and Mr Alsayed which were very courteous at Zafran restaurant. Also many thanks to Thamal and Mr Usman Miah from room service. Thank you thank you
