Der Aufenthaltsraum ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung der Lounge ist schlicht und elegant. Der Service ist sehr nett. Die Diwan-Lounge befindet sich in der Moven Pick-Etage von P 11, in der Nähe des Pullman Zamzam Hotels in Mekka.

Hotel is very good. Their service is top-notch. The hotel housekeeper name Foyes Islam he is amazing. His behavior is so friendly. The hotel environment is too good. I loved to stay their.... Installation I will come back again.

I booked this hotel for my dad. The people that I contacted online with my special instructions on how to treat my dad, was responsive, respectful and accommodating. My dad is a senior , old school and has language barrier. I asked the management to kindly be patient with him and to assist him with anything he needs. Dad was pleased by the service, quality of Staff, professionalism and attitude. Dad also mentioned it's just 2-3 min walk from Makkah, rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable. Dad had nothing but POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY. Thank you so much for making his journey unforgettable. It's well worth the money.

Shehab is very helpful, friendly and cooperative. Always doing his work with a smile on his face and makes us feel welcome. His cleaning of our room, bathroom and the reception area is exceptional. He’s also careful to replenish any missing items in the room, like water, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.

Extremely poor service. Not worth the money we paid. Staff are very slack. Reception staff do not answer the phone calls. The laundry/ cleaning staff expect tips to clean the room & change towels. Bathroom is not up to the standard of a five star hotel. Only restaurant Naseem had friendly staff. I'm giving one star for the convenient location. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is not a five star hotel. Half the reviews are nice to the housekeeping staff, who are super nice and friendly to be honest. But the facilities aren't 5 stars at all. (See pictures) 1- Torn sheets. 2- Dirty lamps. 3- Broken pieces here and there. 4- If your room is at the end of a floor, there's absolutely no chance that you'll have any kind of internet connection. Just like any average 3 star hotel. 5- shared doors for suites which makes the room very very noisy. For me all of these are bearable issues, but not when I'm paying that much per night.
