This is not a five star hotel.
Half the reviews are nice to the housekeeping staff, who are super nice and friendly to be honest. But the facilities aren't 5 stars at all. (See pictures)
1- Torn sheets.
2- Dirty lamps.
3- Broken pieces here and there.
4- If your room is at the end of a floor, there's absolutely no chance that you'll have any kind of internet connection. Just like any average 3 star hotel.
5- shared doors for suites which makes the room very very noisy.
For me all of these are bearable issues, but not when I'm paying that much per night.

Nice hotel services. Very slow reception. Also reception didn’t answer the phone. Keeps ringing but they’re under staffed or working with a poor system.

Housekeeping service excellent.The cleaning was very good.we really enjoyed our stay here .staff Yousuf so helpful and friendly, insha'Allah come back again.

Appreciate and big thanks to Yousuf housekeeping staff for his great service .we really enjoyed our stay here , housekeeping service excellent room and bathroom clean is very good .floor supervisor Zahid also so helpful .come back inshallah .
