Zara Continental Hotel

The good: Room size Some of the staff are friendly - a young man at the front desk and bellhops They upgraded our room for free The bad: Hotel rooms are connected by a door and you can hear the neighbors next to you - this is concerning The rooms and hallways of the hotel have an overall underlying cigarette smell The rooms are not cleaned to the standard you would expect The ugly: The underground parking is great if you want to wreck your car - the walls are painted with scrapes of cars that have been damaged driving out the exit - it is far too narrow and the angle as you exit the parking is so tight that you are almost guaranteed to crash or scrape your car - I am one of the victims, trust me - DO NOT GO DOWN THERE. Would I stay there again? Probably not. This place is not horrible, but it is by no means a 4 or 5 star. In this day and age, I guess this is what we can all expect for a room that is in this price range. My suggestion is that the manager is to actually read these comments as many have voiced similar concerns to the ones outlined above.

Worst Hotel ever… Couldn’t sleep all night me and my wife… there is only a door separating between our room and the neighboring room that was occupied by very annoying guys staying awake all night… it was horrible…

Excellent hotel with very big rooms Location is on main road opposite to mall of dhahran Basement parking available Food is very good, you can try mix platter

It is reach to level to be called hotel The reception was very rude The underground parking is horrible it is very small If you drive medium car don’t got down Park out side and take traffic violation it is better than the parking Sorry to say that be this building need real Managment

Wow the reputation of the hotel reception is really bad. in a professional successful businesses in order to prosper and remain on the top, the reputation must be their first concern. So me as a potential customer when i read the reviews it was enough for me to not even think about staying there.
