The good:
Room size
Some of the staff are friendly - a young man at the front desk and bellhops
They upgraded our room for free
The bad:
Hotel rooms are connected by a door and you can hear the neighbors next to you - this is concerning
The rooms and hallways of the hotel have an overall underlying cigarette smell
The rooms are not cleaned to the standard you would expect
The ugly:
The underground parking is great if you want to wreck your car - the walls are painted with scrapes of cars that have been damaged driving out the exit - it is far too narrow and the angle as you exit the parking is so tight that you are almost guaranteed to crash or scrape your car - I am one of the victims, trust me - DO NOT GO DOWN THERE.
Would I stay there again? Probably not. This place is not horrible, but it is by no means a 4 or 5 star. In this day and age, I guess this is what we can all expect for a room that is in this price range. My suggestion is that the manager is to actually read these comments as many have voiced similar concerns to the ones outlined above.
