Voco Al Khobar

The hotel is very good. However, there are three main areas that could make it even better. First, the double bed in the second bedroom is not ideal for my needs. It would be beneficial to offer a room model with a double bed and another with single beds, as this might be more suitable for families. Second, the windows do not effectively isolate street noise, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Third, the location is not perfect as it is not surrounded by many restaurants or a hypermarket within walking distance. It would also be great if there was a chrome cast in TVs or smart TV to watch Netflix, Shahid or any other app) Apart from these points, the breakfast is exceptional, the cleanliness and staff are very good, the gym is excellent, and the pool is great (though often occupied by training sessions)

The hotel is located at center of khobar. Check in process took very short time with Hamad from reception whom was so professional. The room was big enough and furniture was in a good condition. Internet was fast. Bathroom was very clean and equipped with all required accessories but it is too small. Per night i have spent around 500 SR

As a bride, I had hard times to find the right person to communicate with, the bride room was locked and I have had no access all the time. The cleanliness and the atmosphere of the rooms were immaculate although the balcony isn’t clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious and has many options.

The atmosphere is quite calm and pleasant, especially the service. The steak that you can see in the image was one factor that caused me to give it a 4. Also the resturant manager [Mourtada] I truly appreciate him was very helpful in the service. Definitely need to return here and give it another shot.
