Grand Mayral Hotel

Great hotel apartment for long term stay. It has a well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. On demand housekeeping service was provided. They could improve their food menu and breakfast menu. The TV in the room needs an upgrade too. It's very old and not a smart TV

The food and the service was excellent, especially Milan, Jovan and Bhim. They were extremely professional.

Junior suite (actually is a one-bedroom apartment suite) is very comfortable and clean with a lot of space. -The living room has two sofas (2-seat & 3-seat), big dining table for 6 people, TV could be bigger. -Bed room is huge with a very comfortable king-sized bed, nice furniture, and very good blackout curtains in both living room and bedroom. -Has a real kitchen with the basic to book, microwave, refrigerator, kettle & tea pot, and washing maching (but no cloth drying). All utensils, cups, and plates are for two people only! -Big windows in both living room and bed room, even though there is not much view from the apartment except a busy road in front. -Good gym with full equipment -There is a Carefour hypermarket inside a shopping mall just cross 5he street, and part of the shopping mall is under construction with noise that can be heard in the room even with the windows closed. Not much around, neighborhood is NOT walkable with small or no sidewalk, and dangerous to cross the road with crazy drivers. -The women working at front desk are hopeless, not doing much except on their phones the whole day, but house keeping staffs are nice.

I recently had an overnight stay at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable accommodation for my stay. The gentleman who assisted me during the night check-in was polite and helpful. The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, although it lacked a buffet option. Nonetheless, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a decent start to the day. Unfortunately, my experience took a downturn during the checkout process. The ladies at the reception were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Instead of addressing queries themselves, they insisted on referring everything to the manager, even for simple requests. This lack of knowledge and willingness to assist customers left a negative impression and made the checkout experience frustrating. Overall, while the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, along with a friendly receptionist during the night shift, the disappointing checkout experience with unhelpful reception staff prevents me from giving a higher rating. It is recommended that the hotel management address these service issues to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all guests.
