This property is located in a quiet place, not too far off Riyadh airport, and equipped with all the modern amenities. Ample space for parking makes it rather convenient as well. Everything looked in place for a budget business hotel. However, breakfast offerings could be improved a bit better. I can recommend for people on business trip as I took the same for myself.

It's a great property to stay at, though a bit on the outer side of the main city. Hospitality was top notch, the front desk was swift and prompt in their service. Great rooms, peaceful and comfortable stay.
