Royal Inn Al-Nokhba Hotel (now Maden)

Great hotel, great meals, and the location is good fairly close to the Haram Shareef

Good location to Nabawi. Food is OK. Good buffet spread. Room service was non-existence. Asked for change of towels after 2 days, no follow up. So towel wasn't change for the 4 nights there. Hope I'm not the only one having this issue.

I had a wonderful, blessed 16-day stay at this hotel. They were kind enough to give me a better room than I had initially booked. The breakfast was very good with excellent range of selection during the month of Ramadan.

Location is good and nothing more. If you want to experience dealing with unprofessional rude staff and management at the hotel, this is where you need to stay. Booked 7 rooms. via their agents. Did not get any rooms till 6pm due to the hotel being "busy". When we got the room, none of the rooms had any towels in them. We were told they are all in the wash. Two rooms were given to us with long strands of hair on the pillowcases. When we bought that to the attention of the hotel we were told that he will get the housekeeping to go again in the room. I was advised that the room was probably not cleaned well, as we were rushing them to get our room (at 6pm!) Having booked a suite a was given a disabled room and was told that this was the suite. When I spoke to reception about the room they confirmed that the room was actually not a suite and there was non available for that evening.
