Excellent service! Friendly staff!!! The best so far of all the hotels in makkah i have never seen as anything perfect as this hotel... this is my first time at raffles after the pendamic. It was recommended by my sister, and I would definitely come here again and again. Big thanks!!

Very attentive staff and consistently flexible. We enjoyed the food. Wifi is really good. The hotel was quite peaceful and central to everything. 10/10 would recommend ? ? .

Finaly good qulity in Makkah. Spent a night here with my daughter and wife. Hotel rooms are well maintained, bathroom items are well selected and service was superb. I need to stress on service as Normally it is horendes in makkah. Room service food was good and so was breakfast. Also what it helps that number of guests rooms are resnoble in number & floors which makes it easy to move up and down even when it was full like our visit. Diffently will be mu hotel of choice.

Very good experience. Everything was amazing and everyone was helpful with us. Best trip ever! The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the view to Al kabba was absolutely wonderful! I recommend this place to anyone visiting Makkah. 5/5 definitely!! And I would visit it again and again.
