An actual 5 stars hotel based on my last experience, Room is equipped with high quality equipment, service at a high luxurious level and clean. To add up, breakfast was delicious and offers variety of foods presented in classy maner and special thanks to Nouf for her welcoming and care for visitors opinions regarding restaurant organisations

Excellent team , great hospitality from the Managers and the receptionist during the day and night. Rooms are super clean and the view was magnificent, Quick response to our requests and it was a great experience staying in the hotel. The hotel got all the things that a family requires, close to AlHaram and a mall downstairs.

Overall experience is fantastic. One day before check-in, hotel called for confirmation, and offered for early check-in. This is really A+ service. Food is great. Room is great. The bed is super conformable. The only comment is we have to wait for about 20 minutes asking for dental kit to be delivered to our room.

The first night stay was exceptionally excellent. Suit was upgraded, amazing view, incredible cleanliness, welcoming and friendly staff, and excellent service. Highly recommend it.

Raffles is one of the best hotels in Makkah and enjoys a location right in front of the Haram. Signature suite was spacious and very clean. Food was good too - both breakfast and room service. Overall a great stay!!
