Last night was my first night there and I'm staying here until the end of the week. The room is dark generally and the toilet is too dark. Just 2 spotlights in the toilet and there is no mirror light and it's difficult to do simple grooming there. Also the light in the toilet is blinking. I reported the issue once I checked in last night and the maintenance man visited the room to change the lights and he promised to come after 2 minutes and till now no-one came and I called the reception to follow-up and still no action. Let's see if something happens soon.

Hotel is nice. Below are some problems. Staff is kind of rude and don't have hospitality. For instance receptionist will say " can't do anything if water gets wasted, you have to keep tap open for few minutes to get warm water." The receptionist in gym will say "bring your own yoga mat" when you ask her if mats are available. Infrastructure is good but staff really needs to learn something :/
