One of the best experience we had as a family had in terms of hotels, and we have been all over the world. Very polite, helpful and extremely accommodating reception staff. They took our extra large luggage even before our stay started as we would have been unable to travel by train due to luggage restrictions. Then Tara, was very helpful in taking care of our luggage and even remembered us when we returned from the travel. Very good and well mannered receptionist who arranged a connecting room for us. Large spacious room with very comfortable beds with awesome pillows. Great stay until now

Hotel is closing soon. No nearby services. Poor room service options. Hotel itself is fine and quite but bit old.

I used to stay it holidayinn back in 2018 and I never felt this much disappointed, i chosed twin poolside, room was so dirty it's shocking to see a well-known hotel turned out to be so dirty, dust everywhere, even on tissue box thin layer of dust Carpets looks so rough and old, bedsheets stinks and not tucked inside nicely, drainage of bathroom have unbearable smell that i couldn't complete my night and had to leave after politely complaining about the untidiness of room to reception and being ignored I would say that you should be true to your customers, as written about cleanliness nothing felt like that I just wasted my money

The best team working there, specially Mr.Raid. he is the help and the support whenever it is needed. 15 nights stayed there, was a great stay; to be repeated whenever i'll have the chance to. forget about the construction and work happening near by; the Hotel is the best location near the industrial city (business purpouse).
