NEVER VISIT!!!! No option for 0 star, Absolutely worst experience ever. Never go here, and especially if you are new in the city, make sure you never have the bad luck of visiting such an awful place. Fake room photos, Worst staff, very rude and non cooperative. Cheating all customers by asking more money and deny their check if already paid thru Oyo. Very badly maintained, bedsheets are filthy, room is not cleaned. Everything is bad about this place, NEVER VISIT!

They do not have any commitment to promises to provide buses shuttle to the Great Mosque of Mecca, as they promised us, and cleanliness, water is weak, and room service is very poor and slow.
