this is my 1st time i stayed in this hotel The reception is lovely and welcoming by Mr. Hassan treats you professionally good reception they are professional tanks to Miss. Lena and miss. Sarah my family spent an enjoyable days at the hotel housekeeping good thanks to rony and jahid hasan and nomar there is no security at all during my stay for 3 days that was too bad tanks to bell boy Mohamed helpful I didn't get my point for my stay Only one room stay the rest not received hotel worth visit

While a week staying at the hotel there was not hot water in the bathroom: in order to get an answer on this question - management was telling that hot water is absent in all rooms simply. It's a bit easy to realise you are not alone who suffer from hot sanitary water absence.. but didn't get an answer what is the root cause and when this issue will be fixed. Also power socket is out of order in my bathroom. Refer to sweets in restaurant: previously cakes with cream were tasty, now tasteless.

The room was beautiful and it was a comfy bed also, I was very impressed with the quality of the sheets, towel, pilow, Locitane soap and shampoo also,The staff were friendly and professional. And too much fully hygiene food and very good taste, I'm very Happy.

We stayed with no hot water in the shower and toilet for 4 days, and the team wasn't cooperative. This is totally not acceptable, and an official claim was raised to the authorities

I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating! It doesn't deserve more than two stars. It was a disappointing experience. The hotel has no hot water. The bedding and carpets are very dirty.
