We stayed with no hot water in the shower and toilet for 4 days, and the team wasn't cooperative. This is totally not acceptable, and an official claim was raised to the authorities

I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating! It doesn't deserve more than two stars. It was a disappointing experience. The hotel has no hot water. The bedding and carpets are very dirty.

To be honest...after eating the food myself and my colleagues got sick... We got a party from the company for Ramadan iftar party 🎉 the view of hotel 🏨 from inside very good. But the food... No way i wish never visited again..thank you

Many basic amenities were missing. Phone was not working at all. For Room service have to call 5-6 times and then someone was picking the call. It was so frustrating at the moment when no one was there to listen. Same experience with reception as well. All staffs or workers were too less trained as from no where can say that it's a 4 star property. I am on a business trip for last 3 weeks and have been to 7-8 hotels in last 3 weeks, and Novitel Dammam business park is the worst experience ever in any 4-5 star property
