Reception staffs (Mr. Ahmed and Ms. Fatma) are super friendly and helpful. I ordered room service and the food was excelent with good price. The room was good (I love the pillows. So soft hehe) good part, the hotel next to airport and they have shuttle bus to Nabawi mosque

Had a wonderful but brief stay! Was helped by Mr. Ahmed Al Harbi would definitely recommend staying here steps from the airport.

It is not a 5 stars hotel. The WiFi is no working, the building is old so are all the furniture in the room. I stayed there several time (for work), more then once my room was not properly clean. The check in process is extremely slow. The staff is nice and helpful, but can not compensate for such a disaster.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and also thank you work well with guests Mr. Nasser, an exceptional location to the international airport (at close range), and the food is fairly good. The rooms are comfortable and clean

Everything is perfect room very clean quite breakfast amazing and they have shuttle bus every pray to harm and all team polite especially abdel aziz el bokhary in reception he is very polite and helpful of course I will be back soon
