Great location and fantastic looking building. The reception staff was ok but I found the management a little rigid. I stayed for a month and my company had paid for breakfast, I was usually out of the hotel for around 7AM so didn’t have time for it unless it was the weekend. I asked if I could transfer this for dinner instead and I would to cover the difference. I thought the inability to compromise here was pretty poor considering the cost of the stay. The pool and gym are a little small but enough to do the basics. The rooms are clean, a good size and well maintained. On a positive note I will say on the rare occasions I did have breakfast the service staff was excellent. I would specifically like to thank Chef Nur Nobi and chef Rejendra – very welcoming, delicious food and they could not do enough for you. If I was to stay here again it would solely be because of these chefs.

I came to visit le petit chef. Starting from the valet parking, i had to wait 15 minutes just for the guy to notice me when i was calling him and waving at him, he came with headphones and told me to wait, so i did wait more until i asked him to point to me the parking and told him i will go myself he wasn't happy and took my keys without even a card until i asked him to give me a card, i went inside and after a while came out to talk to the host of the restaurant to see my car still parked the same way i left it and i complained to the host of the restaurant and he said its probably a security guy not the valet parking and i told him he can atleast be polite without this attitude and explain to me and atleast call the people who are responsible to help me. The food wasn't good. The chefs need to pay more attention to the quality and techniques they use, i got a steak well done twice when i asked for a medium, dessert was dry and not fresh and the flavours are bad, we tried one cake from the lobby also, it was still bad. The only thing nice was the service team, they are nice and helpful always with a smile, they are the ones that made our day.

I stayed here every week for more than 6 months. Overall, very nice and modern hotel, especially compared to other hotels in Riyadh. Pros: - Staff is very friendly. Big up to Fayçal, kindest receptionist - Receptions and rooms are bright, which is very rare in the hotels in the region - Breakfast and room service are very good, however a bit limited in terms of choice - Location is also good, quite central - Sheets/Towels etc. are always clean - Very very speed laundry (even overnight laundry) Cons: - Service can be improved / I would say that the service is not a 5* (Delays in orders, Checkins take time sometimes, food deliveries are not allowed inside hotel) - AC is a bit noisy and the temperature is not ideal, it either feels very cold or hot - Lightening system in the room is still a mystery for me But overall, Le Méridien is a nice hotel, better than the JW to my mind.

So far not the greatest experience. A weird smell is coming out of the shower’s sink, asked for it to be fixed twice but unfortunately no action has been taken. I am just so tired and I don’t know what to do anymore. As a client who is staying for over a month, I would never come back to this hotel, nothing special but the large windows, everything else is below average.

Hello, I stayed at the hotel for four nights in a business trip to Riyadh. The receptionists were friendly and informative, the sheets were clean, and the dining services were perfect. . I send special thanks to the Egyptian guy at the restaurant for he kept serving me every morning with delicious and well-made beans plates (فول), I really enjoyed his service. . My only complain, which happened to be a major one, is the Spa and Fitness Center services. The one in charge there, I believe his name is Alvin, was not friendly at all, he gives the impression that he doesn't want to work or do anything except puting obstacles and limit your expectations from the Spa service. He told me he is the receptionist and the massage expert, but he didn't show me any of his expertise answering my questions, as if it was a "take it or leave it" situation, and when he found me insisting on knowing the benefits of the massage package I chose he kept repeating the package price with a tone that it is expensive and doesn't worth that much. He ended up angry at me saying that I should ask "the company" to give him "training"! What has this to do with my experience at the hotel? He didn't allow me to access the pool insisting that I should wear a sports' shoe! I didn't grasp any of his altitude and why he has done so. . I ended up conducting my meetings frustrated and not relaxed at all. This being said, I don't think this place will attract international companies anymore. . Best,
