When I first arrived at Infinity hotel in Makka it was right before me and my family went to umrah. We were 5 people in 1 room we requested more beds. We came back and the beds were not there the A.C. was not working. Later we got into another room, we slept woke up and left to visit places Makka. Before we left we told housekeeping to clean our room twice, we came back and the room was very messy. We called them to come and clean they never came. Overall it was not the best experience I don't recommend it. The room was not tidied up after the first day of staying there we had to request multiple times to clean up. A ‘5-star’ hotel staff should clean the room when the customers put up the sign on the door, the A.C. Should work before people arrive the least they can do is improve the staff. The food was okay. They should improve, the only decent thing is the room and the fact you can walk to Haram. Other than that I’d not stay here.

too far its placed on the hill so elders would be hard walking there. bad dining service. there's racist with their treatment. if u are asian, avoid staying here for ur own convinience. the elevator also problematic.

Very bad experience… Avoid to go… Very poor food and service. I have paid for 5* hotel but I don’t believe even they are 2*. Disgusting food. Every day same food for 10 days. Smoking in corridors. I have reached a few managers but they did nothing. They are not even 3 star hotel. Don’t waste your money.

Its a very good hotel with good service but the only huuuge problem is that the hotel is a bit far from "Kaaba" and it exists in a high hill. Its a big problem for old people who can't support high hills.

The hotel sits on top of a hill, in the back of the Haram. It is quite a long walk with the location on top of the hill. Taxis don't want to take you there even.

Infinity Hotel is a five star hotel in Makkah. It is a great and very convenient hotel. It’s a minute walk from the bus station and 2 km from Masjid Al Haram. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and safes. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable. Infinity Hotel is probably the best option. There are wonderful rooms and many enormous beautiful lobbies ( sitting areas ). Other amenities include a business center, 2 restaurants and 2 meeting rooms.
