The Hotel provides a comfortable stay with excellent service. Clean rooms, and friendly staff make it a great choice for travelers. A bit far from grand mosque .. shuttle available for fard prayers

Neat and tidy room Outstanding room services In Breakfast, they serve delicious food but need to add a few more dishes. Operating with 2 bus shuttle services enables pilgrim to reach timely to haram.

As a customer, I had an exceptional experience at the IBIS-style hotel. The ambiance was inviting and modern, and the staff was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. I particularly enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, where the cuisine surpassed my expectations with its delicious flavors and impeccable presentation. Moreover they also provided 24/7 bus service between Haram and hotel. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience.

Bang for buck. Great service from all of front desk team especially Ahmed, and housekeeping as well. We had a few hiccups at check in but they were resolved quickly. Stayed for 6 nights. Reliable shuttle service if you are mindful and plan around the timings.

Me and my son stayed this hotel Dec this year we found everything in this hotel is superb the reception staff are always smiling and very helpful the room is so clean with clean furniture the bus to the harm is 24 hours in service. Finally I would recommend to anyone who need a pleasant stay in makkah
