Nice and clean place and the reception staff very friendly. The smallest issue is only that the room on the street side is a bit annoying because of buses that are going around other than that all perfect.

The staff is helpful, the room service and cleaning are good, but the indoor parking lot is very limited and insufficient. There is a shuttle service to Masjid al-Haram every hour. The number of return services is less.

Receptionist (ladies) are really cooperative and workers are v nice but only one thing is the management which should be totally changed. 0 management. The carpets should be changed in all hotel. The shuttle service is very nice. And overall good place. 👍

It's a nice quiet place with lovely and clean rooms. Shuttle bus to Haram is always on time. Just don't forget to pack your toothbrush because it is not included.
