Very nice, clean, comfortable and big spacious room (we stayed in 204). Room was clean, shower let’s it down abit as you need to stand in the corner otherwise the water will go everywhere but it was fine. Good size comfortable beds and lots of storage space. Only thing that let it down was the reception staff males. They were very slow and not very helpful to be honest. The cleaning staff were really good. Just make sure to leave the clean room sign on your door. The location is around 10 mins from Haram, is on a steep hill but you can walk through the Anjum Hotel lobby area which is open for everyone. I would definitely stay here again

After reading reviews I chose this hotel but it was pathetic experience. This hotel is in a hilly area in order to reach haram it took us more than 30 minutes. Room service was very poor no one cleaned our room. The day we were leaving we asked receptionist to send someone to bring our bags down they didn’t send anyone we missed our taxi which was booked prior. I would never come back to this hotel.

Room was very dirty and smelly. The toilet and shower weren't cleaned properly. The bath towels had mysterious stains on them (I don't even want to imagine what they are). I can keep going on but I think the message is clear. Even though the hotel is close to the Haram, I would NOT recommend anyone to book a stay here as they don't care at all about hygiene

Rooms are good. Hot water is limited. The bathroom will flood with shower water, and the squeeze is there for you to clean but will not dry for days.

Near Haram. Walkable via Anjum Hotel. Room is decent. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, nice lobby. Helpful staff. Left my luggage for a couple of hours after check out without any charge. Plenty of taxis in front of the hotel. Very close to Harmain train station. 10-15 SAR from hotel to train station. Free shuttle to train station nearby too!
