Don't expect 4 star services. Their staff is trying to convince me that 1 small hand towel is enough in each toilet of a diplomat suite. So i was failed to get a second towel how can I ask for a baby bed and blanket, feeling like they provided me a free stay and i shouldn't ask for anything else now. By the way i am paying SR 620 per night

This was our second time buffet dinner at Golden Bujari and I found the food was just okay and they really need to improve the taste of their food especially UMM-ALI dish. But the most pathetic was their young egyptian cashier (Mahmoud) with no smile on his face whos attitude is really pathetic. He said I need to pay for my daughter as well and I told him my daughter is less than 6 years old. He didn't trust me and then senior manager has to interfere and he was a polite guy and I showed him my daughters permit where age was written. Waiters attitude was very professional by the way.

Very decent rooms, great staff! The buffet is a must try, including their lamb, kebab and kunafa!❤
