Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel

Stayed for 3 nights and it’s been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Amazing service from front desk, concierge and entire cleaning staff. Overall 12/10 experience! Samaher at front reception was extremely polite and made the check in process extremely easy and comfortable; on top of everything she kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The cherry on top was her setting up a wake up call with a follow up and a coffee at midnight as I had Rawdha scheduled for 1AM. Mohammed Reyadh who was the room attendant was on point in terms of keeping the room clean and providing us with whatever we needed all the time! Again, great experience and will definitely be rebooking upon our return!

Our stay at the hotel was great the service the location and the rooms were brilliant. Above all the service we received from the staff was exceptional. From the moment we checked in Masum took great care of us especially my parents. He and Fokhrul also arranged all the transport and ensured we were taken care of. Zafran was also very helpful he managed to ensure we were pleased with our stay and made conversation. Even the cleaners that took care of our rooms on floor two took great care of us to ensure we had everything we needed. Masum Fokhrul and Zafran and all the other staff were helpful and had great manners and were approachable. This was our second stay and the service has somehow gotten better. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Madina Insha’allah.

I had a very positive experience and pleasant stay at Elaf A Taqwa. The hotel is comparable if not better than ant other international hotel brands in terms of service, luxury and quality but at a very reasonable price.

I stayed for seven days at this hotel, and the overall experience was fantastic. First and foremost, the location is amazing. You get a direct view of the the Prophet's Mosque, and it's about a 3-5 minute walk to the Mosque which makes it convenient to attend prayers. This hotel had the BEST rooms compared to the other rooms I had stayed in previous hotels. The designs are beautiful, and the layout is spacious. The customer service is phenomenal. There is always someone at the front desk to welcome you whenever you walk into the hotel. The staff is extremely accommodating, respectful, and dedicated to ensuring you are taken care of. The food is also great, and the cost is very reasonable compared to what I was used to paying in the US for a meal. Their buffet has a plethora of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel is great, and if you needed anything like towels, water, and so on, you will have it all delivered to you within a couple minutes. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I can confidently say that it is BY FAR the best hotel I have stayed at since visiting Saudi Arabia.
