From its prime location near the Prophet's Mosque to its elegant accommodations and attentive service, every aspect of the stay exceeds expectations. The spacious rooms, delectable dining options, and seamless hospitality make it a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable pilgrimage or leisure stay in Madinah.

The hospitality of this hotel was excellent. Every staff member was so accommodating from the time we entered the hotel. They catered to our every need in such a polite manner. The food from room service was tasty as well as the buffet breakfast and lunch. The food was also very affordable. The hotel is opposite Masjid Nabawi and a very close walk to gate 310. The hotel was clean, neat and stylish.

Absolutely a hotel worthy of a review. The rooms are very clean, and are always redone when leaving the room. However, there is a street outside and you can hear the cars honking and driving so it is difficult to sleep. The breakfast and dinner had a great variety of food everyday, with spectacular service from everyone especially Chef Zanati, bringing out a dish they didn’t have on the buffet, and making an extra plate for when I requested. Outstanding hotel and I hope it stay like this for next year when my family and I come inshallah.
