When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff. The bell boys were really helpful and took our suitcases. The shuttle bus were quick and not far from the mosque. Recommend it to other people

Shuttle bus service was amazing & very convenient! Even walking distance from Haram was maximum 10 minutes. The Hotel staff were exquisite in providing a great quality service from Ahmed Elsayed to reception to house keeping staff, who I must say were discreet & very professional. My stay was amazing & being my first Umrah, the stay was rejuvenating when I needed to replenish & rest. Would 100% recommend. Staff definitely deserve a pay rise!

Excellent staff (from receptionist to Mr Ahmed and his team at breakfast lounge). Very welcoming and hospitable. Seemingly only a handful hotels offer this level of service in Mecca. Breakfast was outstanding and cleanliness was on point! Shuttle service was best out of all that of nearby hotels as it was very frequent. Walkable, but you will be faced with an incline on way back if you decide not to take the shuttle. One of the few value to money hotels in Makkah and recommended!

Damn good rooms, Good view and the ambience was just awesome. The lobby looks like u walked into a jungle forest. Service was good and damn the food. Finger licking good with every type available. Definitely a place to return

Amazing staff especially the restaurant staff. Very friendly and served us fresh juices at our table for Suhoor. Managers checked in frequently if we needed anything. Shuttle service was really good. Always available. The most we had to wait for the shuttle was 2 minutes.
