Really like the location. It's only 8 minutes walk to the gate 25 (womens gate), through gate 338. Literally just walk straight from the hotel to gate 338 (outdoor gate) and 25 (inside gate). The rooms also clean and comfy. The staffs are helpful. And if your room faces the back of the hotel, you will be able to see Mount Uhud from a distance. But the minus points : (1) They don't allow us to bring their plates from the restaurant to the room, but they still provide some disposable containers for take away food. (2) They dont provide liquid soap, brush and toothpaste.

I stayed there with Family for three nights, very disappointing and bad experience. They have zero-rated room service, bad food/breakfast, busy lifts sometime you need to wait for even 10 mins, not VFM hotel and there is no helpful staff. I am not going to stay there again.

- we found a WORM in our bedroom. We immediately asked for a refund and left and booked another hotel at midnight. The hotel rooms are quite dirty. - the location is close but the area is under construction and so there is a lot of dust in the area during the day time - as soon as we entered the hotel the cleaners were cleaning the reception area with copious amounts of water. We didn't want to dirty the floor during their working time so we didn't bring our luggage until we absolutely had to - the lady at the reception was an absolute nightmare. She had a lot of attitude, was making no effort to understand me. - lift wait times are crazy, consider that in addition to the walk to the Masjid to make it on time

The elevator is to busy and the stop algorithm is a bit off. Great food. The room is quite small. Is a bit too long for check in process. Not too far from Nabawi Mosque, only 5-10 minutes walk.

The condition of the room was clean and tidy but due to the large number of visitors staying overnight, towels were not available when the room was opened. There is no free coffee and tea in the room (or there really isn't any), room window very dusty. there are no AC settings and no instructions for using equipment in the hotel room. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there are 2 types, Indonesian cuisine or Indian cuisine. These 2 types of dishes are very delicious, accompanied by salad, fruit and drinks. Thanks and see you next place.....
