I'm reviewing the pool for women. It has a lovely relaxed vibe and is a great place to cool off on a hot day. It's fine to wear a bikini. However the pool is just barely large enough to swim in and most other people just go to relax in it, so I felt like I was disrupting people by swimming. It's also very expensive (230 riyal to enter for 4 hours). They provide towels. There's no changing room but you can change in the little bathroom

Visited the hotel for an event. So technically didn't stay in any room. Food was good. Only drawback is the slowness of the valet service which maybe down to size of event as well.

Best bath-top The restaurant in the 3 rd floor is new as soft opening. The salads, are amazing. The French soup was freshly made and distinguished. 5/5. The refresher juice was reminder to me with tropical visits. 5/5 Chicken wings has serious problem with the supplier but sauce covered that. Thanks to the Chief. 2/5

We had pleasant stays at this property, thanks to Abdullah Alhamawi for the room upgrade and special preparations made ahead of our arrival as we were celebrating an occasion. However, the local guy at the cafe shop may need more training. He need to be welcoming, smile at guests or at least response when guests are talking to him. The other issue was that the refund of the remaining amount after checking out, they have not issue that regardless of the number of calls and emails. It was released by the bank after 40 days.
