Went to their restaurant. Mr Waqas was very good in communication and hosting our guests. All the waiters for attending us proactively. Food variety is a bit less but every thing was of good quality and taste.

Excellent hotel, with excellent service. Team always committed to better serving and pleasing guests. Highlight is the cordiality of Rafiq, from the housekeeping team, a friendly and efficient Pakistani, always very attentive.

I’d like to commend Apu Biswas from the F&B department for going out of his way to search for the mobile charger (plus other accessories) I left at the restaurant when I took my breakfast this morning. He did not stop looking for the lost items and, quickly, went to my room to hand them over when he found them. Braira Olaya is lucky to have someone like Apu. Service, overall, in this hotel is excellent. Over breakfast, Mark looked after our group very well. Will book here again when back in Riyadh.

Perfect location and wonderful hotel. Right next to park and hotel with restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfy rooms. And Shahed was always there for any help needed.

I stayed in Braira hotel April 17 to 19, 2023. The hotel is great- very luxurious and the location couldn’t get better. The room was great and the service provided was excellent. I took a star for the Ramadan buffet which was taking place when I visited. The buffet is open for everyone and during Iftar time the hotel lobby is a chaos! Also, the food was not up to standard. A shoutout for the morning time receptionist- a Saudi lady who checked me in and out. She was great and highly professional.
