Al Waha Palace Hotel

Give thumbs up to Miss Hadeel the reception in charge during my check in is very professional and hospitable. All in all I enjoyed my stay in Al Waha. Special mention to the room which is very spacious and the breakfast is too much . Definitely I still prefer to stay again.

Let's just say, I have been coming to Riyadh for the last 3 years. And only the last year I have found this little gem of a hotel. From the location, staff, rooms, food, and just everything. The hotel is now having a remodelling period, but this did not affect my stay. All the main staff remember me and get me into the best room that is available. I have taken some photos, but they do not show the true beauty of this place.. I come to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 for business, and I stay 1 or 2 months at a time, go home 🏡 to the UK for 1 month, and them come back. I have stayed in most of the hotels 🏨 in the area, but this is my only hotel of choice when I come back.. did I mention the internet?! About 100 mbp, more than any other hotel in the area.. All shops are walking distance and a temple is next door. Come and see for yourself how lovely this place is, whether you are here for businesses or pleasure. Ask for a manager if you have any problems or ask for Mr Ahmed Fahmy. He is quite possibly the best manager to have. Message him before you arrive so that he can sort everything out for you. This hotel also has a swimming pool and conference room, and they are just finishing building a big coffee shop on the side of the hotel Let me know what you think.

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Especially the Saudi reception staff and Chef Ahmed in the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. Some suggestions: the bathroom has a jacuzzi which nobody uses these days. It's much better to have a proper shower area. The breakfast should have a nicer coffee...its a small amount but will make the breakfast experience much better. Overall it's a very nice hotel to stay for a short trip in Riyadh.
