I would give 0 star but the staff are very friendly and gentle. The price is very high compared to the life of the furniture in the rooms and amenities. The kitchen is not practical since it does not function properly and lacks to the most important item which is Water Kettle! The second room door cannot be closed because it hits the bed! The design is old and not matching with ever part of the furniture and style. The coffee and tea are cheap ones. I had to call for cleaning spillage on the floor (by kids) and the janitor came with napkins to remove it... I had to ask for a mop to wipe it my self and spent more time on explaining how to clean it. Shower does not have partition or drainage, you need to remove the cap on the middle of the toilet before taking a shower. With such price, you can get 2 rooms in 4 star hotel at a decent rate and better service.

No towels after 2 hours it came and thrown on the chair, carpet and chairs are cigarettes burnt, the no disturb sign has no meaning to the workers, door card it worked after 50 traials, front desk are extra nice as all Riyadh locals that is the only thing beside the building. The building is new clean but they need to add the global touch

It was a nice place to stay in especially for short period. The place is starting to worn-out yet clean and smells good. The underground parking has no direct acc to elevators, the same thing applies to the gym, kids area and the pool. Also, the building has only one elevator. Coming to this apartment is difficult when you come from the Northern ring.
