Rooms are nice and furniture not bad but unfortunately Staff are not well trained for hospitality, housekeeping are not very clean & also not friendly & not welling to help I asked for blankets and he just though it on the bed

This hotel is a very good choice and option if your traveling solo or with a friend for a quick work or a short trip for an event in Riyadh. Its more of a decent place to sleep rather than a hotel. الخدمه تحتاج تحسين بشكل كبير.

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby the high atrium, the hall way and the room. However, the receptionists were cold from what I am expecting. They even stopped me fr checking in despite there were agreement with the company as they booked me for this business trip. I waited about half an hour just to make sure my company paid upfront which is I cannot understand on B2B agreement. They even didn't apologize to me. They handed over my key card with saying anything unlike to the person before me who they gave info about the room, breakfast etc (SOP) which I feel i am not welcome to the hotel. When I check out not even a thank you word for me staying in the hotel. I think they should trainthe staff more on international standard to keep guests on coming back. By the way, I asked my company to book me in a different hotel on my next business trip in Riyadh.

Stayed for a night, it’s called art view but there isn’t that much art? but over all it’s good. Good for a short stay in the city.

First time hearing of and coming to Art View based on a friend’s recommendation, and I have to say my stay was pretty good. I booked a “Superior Room” and like how they’re quite spacious with a walk-in balcony but no views. I’ve enjoyed the gym at the basement as well as the food. The drawback was when I started smelling cigarettes smoke come through my non-smoking room. In fact, that whole floor was non-smoking too. Additionally, I paid to get my clothes ironed and they came back having a weird strong smell. Other than that, they seem to be succeeding given the fact that they’re new. Would be skeptical to come here again though.
