Amazing stay … junior suite is comfortable and good for couples.. fast room service… professional staff But need to make more options in the breakfast buffet

it looks fancy from the outside but it's the complete opposite. the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable. They have suites and provide house keeping. however there is no room service. but it's 20 minutes away from everything, front desk employees are nice. i think you get what you're paying for.

It's all great except for the unpleasant basement toilets which supposedly serve the November Cafe clients, it is what takes off the 5 star rating from them.

I stayed in two bedroom suite with my family. the service was great from the min you walk in, as the room was super clean and wonderful for a family, the receptionist was really nice and professional, special thanks to Mr. Abdulmajeed for assisting me over the phone after losing my invoice, be shared with me a copy of my invoice a day later in les than one min over the phone. once again thank you for the staff. and YES I do recommend this place as I will be staying in it in every visit to Riyadh.

Here's my story: On one of my days there, I was cooped up working all day. My "clean room" sign was clearly displayed, expecting that when I returned from my late event at 1:30am, I'd find a tidy space. Wrong. The room looked like I'd never left. Infuriated, I approached the night manager. I was patient, thinking everyone has off days, right? They apologized and said they'd get it sorted, even mentioning a refund. But here's the kicker: no call, no follow-up, and certainly no refund. And to add insult to injury, this wasn't a one-time oversight. On my second to last day, the exact same thing happened! This isn't just a mistake; it's sheer negligence. Their staff? Couldn't care less. It's like the basic tenet of hospitality - customer service - is an alien concept to them. And while we're at it, their breakfast is a letdown and the gym's a joke. I kept my patience, gave them chances, but they showed zero interest in making it right. The moral of the story? Stay FAR away from WAW Hotel & Suites. No matter how good the location or room might seem, it's not worth the headache or the hit to your wallet. They don’t care about you. Period.
