Very well built interactive museum. Very modern and educational. Worth the price?? No. Its only 10 mins guided tour with just a few interaction with the exhibits. Suddenly everything finish and you are at the end of tour when you realise you are on merchandise section. If only they give time to interact with all the exhibit in every sections that will be great. If not, they should lower the price.

Well, taking pictures isn’t allowed. However, I was able to snap some here and there. I think visiting the museum is a must considering the price and time. I paid 30 SAR for the English tour through the website. Though I speak Arabic, all of the tours in Arabic were sold out during the day; and I had only one day. To my surprise, the guide had a great accent and seemed comfortable and knowledgeable. The tour takes about 30 minutes with the last six of them is spent on a movie. The only drawback is that the tour is supposed to cover many topics regarding the prophet peace be upon him, which is not enough. The interactive screens have way more information that’s not mentioned due to time. My recommendation is to focus on fewer subjects and dive deep into them. At the end of the tour they leave the group at the book/gift shop. It contains many books in different languages such as French, English, Arabic, Urdu, and more.

Came across this digital display exhibition from Google. We booked for English guided tour after Isyak prayer. Very informative but too fast pace until I didnt enjoy the visit and feel not worth it for the entrance fee SAR40 for the 30 minutes.

Terrible First things first my kids were very excited to go and learn about the prophet. There were options for any languages like English,Arabic,Urdu etc. We chose Urdu because we thought that after the tour we can explain it to our kids,my kids don't know Urdu that much because they were born in a western country and almost lived half of their life there. We expected to be a kind of movie in Urdu but instead it was a digital tour and including myself and my wife didn't understand a thing because the Urdu was too pure. We paid 120 rial for this tour. And I cannot forget of the movie it was only a minute long they said that is was realistic but its all a lie. The movie was in arabic and Urdu subtitles,We don't understand how to read Urdu. After the tour we felt it was such a waste of money that we thought to take a refund and go to the english one,but they did not accept it they told "you already got the Urdu one so we can't do anything" Even it is like a 5 minute tour the Makkah and Medina models were good but they didn't let us get a closer look at it I mean what's the point then!
