Room cleaning is fast and efficient, staff friendly and caring. We complained of faulty room mini bar freezer and it was changed immediately. All supervisors from room service and engineering are eager to provide their services. This is my second time to Fairmont and we do not have any regret.

Brilliant service and amazing hotel . The staff in particular are so friendly. I was really impressed the manager in the dining area named Hafiz. He speaks really good English and gave me some great tips on how to get around Makkah. The food in the restaurant is 5 star quality, I really enjoyed my stay here. I will 100% be Coming back to this hotel

During my recent visit to a hotel in With, I had the pleasure of booking a suite room with a stunning view overlooking the Kaaba. It was an incredible experience to see the Black Stone up close and personal, making it the best day I've ever had. Additionally, it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the hotel has private lounges exclusively reserved for gold members, which I have been visiting almost every month. The breakfast buffet was one of the major highlights of my stay, as it was one of the largest I've ever seen and had a wide variety of food to choose from. Overall, my stay at this hotel was unforgettable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in With.

From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and comfortable. The staff members were attentive and friendly throughout the evening, ensuring that we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we truly appreciated their efforts. We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant, and I want to give a special shout-out to Alfraz Hussein for his exceptional service. Kazi was very kind and helped us feel very at home during our time at Makkah. He even showed us suggestions of where to take the best photos. He spoke to us like we were family and he was extremely knowledgeable about the city and where to travel to. This hotel is beautiful and extremely luxurious. The kind environment made this trip even more worth it. I will never forget this trip and the next time I am able to come to Makkah, I will definitely be staying here!
