We booked this hotel for approximately 2 weeks for a guest our company had, we thought it is 4 stars hotel. Unfortunately the room was dirty !!! The bathroom was dirty. The guest was very Angry. He took it as insults from our company. We had to take him the next day to other hotel. We will never book in this hotel again. I wonder how they get 4 stars !!! From what we experienced the embarrassment we had with our guest. Unbelievable

Whoever says rooms r clean, they must share carpet pictures, so the truth will speak itself. If the owner response is (u r misunderstood). Then he must send to me his Manager so that i will repeat again that yes ur service is too low, no response 4 a long time when u call reception. Bad carpet smell 24 hrs. everywhere. In the room or in any floor corridor. If u say renovation is going means it has been 2 years now dirty carpet still the same. Finally today no hot water, no idea how to take bath its 4:30am now.

The location for me and my company is great and close to work. However, the hotel itself is dirty and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned after 2 days of no cleaning. Air con in the room doesn’t work well, came back from work one day to find all my clothes and bed sheets to be damp. Breakfast was very poor. The bread is all stale and as are the pastry’s. The coffee machine works intermittently and with no staff there on a daily basis it is difficult to get it to work again. We have an additional booking already for next week but after this we will not return.

I had a iftar buffet today. But my experience was not good at all. Food was not tasty at all. There were nothing special in menu. They show laham mandi in many videos and photos it was not in menu. All items are ordinary. I will not suggest to my friends.

We have stayed at this hotel so many times but this time was extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel. We drove all the way from Yanbu to Jeddah, which is more than 3 hours away only to find that the hotel was closed due to the floods. We tried calling the hotel many times but no one answered. They could have at least contacted all their visitors to inform them the hotel was closed. When I called the manager, Mr Fahad, he refused to take responsibility. I will never stay at this hotel again.
