DO NOT i repeat, DO NOT pay for their grooming service, they literally do not care about your pet and they do not sanitize their tools either, i took my white husky to go and get trimmed and showered ( keep in mind he had NO health problems and was perfectly healthy) and 2 days later i noticed he accumulated a deadly infection on his back and leg area and realized it was from the barking lot and their lack of carelessness to even sanitize their tools. + the Filipino workers who trim the dogs and cats do not care about them and their trimmings are just awful and do not do what you ask them to do, and the place where the animals get groomed and trimmed is unhygienic and shows their lack of cleanliness. After that,my white husky was diagnosed with kidney failure after accumulating the infection. I tried everything to save him and even inserted IV’s because he wasn’t even eating from how sick he was,but he still passed away from it. and i believe it was from the carelessness and negligence of the barking lot workers from not sanitizing their tools that caused his infection. you HAD a responsibility to make sure everything was clean and i trusted you to make sure my baby was safe. For gods sake, if you care about your pet and his health, stay away from the barking lot and do it yourself at home. do not make the same mistake i made and take your pet there.they do not care at all and do not have any remorse or take responsibility if something happens to your pet. It’s been a month since he passed away and i am still grieving, you took him away from me and your place should be shut down because of what you did. I cannot believe he passed away because of something so simple and so easy to avoid like just sanitizing the tools and taking precautions. it really shows how much you actually care about the pets that come to you. his name was snow, and your irresponsibility killed him. I put a photo and video of him so you could see what he looked like and as a before and after, you can see the infection on his right leg too in the video caused by the barking lot not sanitizing their tools. May Allah forgive you for the pain you’ve caused me and my family and the negligence you caused for other pets too.

Rate has been changed to one star. I was regular customer. Buying all accessories today but cashier still insisting to buy coffee ..

Unprofessional. Their boarding service is the worst. They insisted on NOT showing us the room where dogs would stay. They do not give daily updates, and when they did send videos, it looked like an abandoned room with concrete floors. When we picked him up, he had urine on his fur. It seemed like they let them potty on the floor and it’s the same room they sleep in. We would never know because they declined to answer those basic questions for us

Never bring your pets here!! They have the worse staff ever! They shaved my pom even tho I specifically told him to cut him! If he knows how to do his job he would’ve known that poms are not supposed to be shaved because it damages their coat! The staff have zero knowledge and the place is so dirty and unhygienic, so disgusting. They need supervision because this is not acceptable. It has been 3 days since I messaged the management and they haven’t responded although its an urgent matter because my puppy is injured and was bleeding because of their aggressive shaving!
