I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight - fresh, delicious, and served with a smile by the amazing staff Sohan, Jassim, and Shaban went out of their way to ensure that my experience was enjoyable, with their attentive service. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, you won't be disappointed by the outstanding service provided.

Decent hotel on the outskirts of Jeddah, good for travellers needing to be close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is good. Breakfast and evening dining is basic but enjoyable.

The hotel staff was very polite and courteous, we checked in late and we were allowed late checkout which was helpful so we could rest a little bit longer. I was very impressed by Mr Sohan’s service in breakfast lounge, he went above and beyond what was expected to make sure me and my family were taken care off. Sleeping accommodations were great, the hotel was nice and quiet and the breakfast was exceptionally good! I highly recommend this place! Ali

Modern and very clean hotel. Excellent hospitality and service from staff, especially from Ahmad, the Food and Beverage manager. He helped us celebrate our birthdays by surprising us with cake and recommending an excellent Japanese restaurant, where the chef also spoiled us with sushi birthday plates. We really felt spoiled and well looked after during our weekend stay at the Park Inn.
